Update your contact information to receive email communications
Features including password retrieval, purchase confirmations, saved search, if-bid, and outbid notifications require a valid email address. Make sure your contact information is updated in order to receive these email communications. It's easy to update! Simply login to OPENLANE.com and then click on My Account.
New Carfax Auction Quick Check
OPENLANE has partnered with Carfax so dealers can quickly and easily check a vehicle's history before they purchase cars on OPENLANE.com. Dealers have one-click access to both Carfax Auction Quick Check and Carfax Vehicle History Reports directly through OPENLANE's site.
Readily-available vehicle history information from Carfax through OPENLANE helps buyers at auction ensure they stock the right cars for their inventory and pay the right price. Carfax Auction Quick Check contains information that helps dealers make more informed purchases, such as branded titles, reported accidents, ownership history, and more.
Dealer Spotlight
One of the largest independent dealers in the nation - Texas Direct Auto - offers one owner and off-lease, vehicles (2002 or newer), with good mileage. Plus, most vehicles for sales are still under factory warranty. All vehicles are centrally located in Houston, Texas and come complete with condition reports and photos and are delivered reconditioned and ready for retail delivery. Customer Service FAQs
Q: I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
A: Simply click on the "Forget Password" link near the login box then enter your OPENLANE Username to retrieve your Password Retrieval Question. After answering your question correctly, a temporary password will be e-mailed to you. A valid email address is required in order to use this feature. You can update your email address and Password Retrieval Q&A on the My Account page.
Are you still calling us via the phone? Start using the Customer Service Portal. The portal is the fastest way to get the answers to your questions The Customer Service Portal allows you to submit cases, track status, and share feedback and ideas online with OPENLANE anytime, 24/7. To access the Portal, open your "My Transactions" tab and click on "Open a case". After you create a case, simply click on "Check Status of Open Cases" on the home page. You can also click on "Open a Case" beside the vehicle you have a question on.
